Certification Listings Indicate Imminent Debut

The Realme C100 5G has reportedly been identified on Thailand’s NBTC certification database, where the device name was linked to the model number RMX5258. Such regulatory approvals are typically secured shortly before a product’s release, indicating that the handset could soon be introduced in select international markets.

In addition to the Thai certification, reports suggest that the smartphone has also received clearance from European regulatory authorities. These approvals point toward a broader rollout strategy, possibly targeting multiple regions across Asia and Europe.

Retail Appearance Reveals Key Specifications

Further strengthening speculation around its launch, the Realme C100 5G was briefly listed on Amazon Italy. Although the listing was taken down shortly after appearing, it disclosed several important details about the device.

According to the information seen online, the smartphone is expected to feature a 6.75-inch display. While the resolution and refresh rate have not been officially confirmed, the screen size suggests that the device will cater to users seeking a large viewing experience for streaming and everyday use.

The listing also hinted at a configuration offering 4GB of RAM paired with 128GB of internal storage. This combination aligns with Realme’s strategy in the budget and mid-range segments, where balanced performance and storage capacity remain key selling points. Additionally, one of the colour options mentioned was Sprouting Green, indicating that the company may continue its trend of offering vibrant finishes.

On the photography front, the device is said to house a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. While details about secondary sensors are yet to be confirmed, the inclusion of a high-resolution main camera could position the phone competitively in its segment.

Design Elements and Build

Images from the online listing provide insight into the phone’s overall design. The Realme C100 5G appears to feature a rectangular camera module placed at the rear, accommodating a dual-camera setup along with an LED flash.

The front of the handset is shown with a waterdrop-style notch, likely designed to hold the selfie camera. This design choice remains common among entry-level and mid-range smartphones, allowing for a larger display area without significantly increasing costs.

Physical controls, including the power button and volume keys, seem to be located on the right edge of the device, while the opposite side appears uncluttered. The Realme branding is visible on the lower portion of the back panel, maintaining the company’s familiar design language.

Context Within the C Series Lineup

The development comes months after Realme introduced the Realme C85 5G in India. Launched in November 2025, the device marked a significant upgrade in the C series with features such as a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and a 7,000mAh battery. The handset also offers a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate and enhanced brightness levels, targeting users seeking long battery life and smoother visuals at an accessible price point.

If the early listings are accurate, the Realme C100 5G could further strengthen the brand’s presence in the affordable 5G smartphone market. While the company has not yet issued an official statement regarding the device, the combination of certification approvals and retail appearances suggests that a formal launch announcement may arrive soon.
