The organization is supported by prominent cooperative institutions that include Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation, IFFCO, KRIBHCO, NAFED, NDDB, NCEL, NCDC, and NABARD. This structure allows the initiative to prioritize both driver welfare and consumer convenience instead of focusing on commission-driven revenue models. The cooperative has also included two elected driver representatives on its board, giving drivers a direct voice in decision-making.

During its pilot phase, the platform has gathered notable traction across Delhi. More than fifty-one thousand drivers from different segments such as car taxis, auto-rickshaws, and bike taxis have already joined the network.
