Mobile – The Infinix Note 60 Pro is all set to make its debut in the Indian market next week, marking the first device in the company’s upcoming Note 60 series to arrive in the country.
The brand has been steadily revealing key features ahead of the official announcement, building anticipation among users. After sharing details about the design and colour options, the company has now confirmed that the Indian variant will feature the same processor as its global version.
Snapdragon chipset powers the new device
According to updated information on the official product page, the Infinix Note 60 Pro will be equipped with Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. Built on a 4nm architecture, the processor is designed to deliver improved efficiency and performance.
The chipset reportedly reaches clock speeds of up to 2.7GHz and has achieved a score exceeding one million points on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform. This indicates strong overall performance, especially for users looking for smooth everyday usage and gaming capabilities.
Performance and multitasking improvements
The company has highlighted noticeable gains in performance compared to previous models. It claims the device offers up to 75 percent better CPU performance and a significant 210 percent boost in GPU output.
In addition, multitasking is expected to feel smoother, with the brand stating an improvement of around 25 percent. These upgrades suggest the phone is being positioned to handle demanding applications and gaming with ease.
Advanced cooling system for sustained usage
To manage heat during extended usage, the Infinix Note 60 Pro will include a 3D IceCore vapour chamber cooling system. This setup features a large heat dissipation area of 4,758 square millimetres, along with a crystal graphite layer to enhance thermal conductivity.
This combination is intended to prevent overheating and reduce performance drops, particularly during intensive tasks such as gaming. The company has also stated that the device will support 120 frames per second gameplay on Call of Duty Mobile, indicating a focus on delivering a stable gaming experience.
Design, colours and camera features
The smartphone will be offered in three distinct colour options: Deep Ocean Blue, Mocha Brown, and Solar Orange. These finishes aim to cater to a wide range of user preferences.
On the camera front, the Infinix Note 60 Pro is confirmed to feature a dual rear camera setup. The primary sensor is a 50-megapixel unit described as an “Ultra Clear” camera, supported by optical image stabilisation for improved photo quality and reduced blur.
Launch date and availability details
The official launch of the Infinix Note 60 Pro in India is scheduled for April 13 at 12 pm IST. Once unveiled, the smartphone will be available for purchase through Flipkart, making it easily accessible to buyers across the country.
