MobileLaunch – Motorola has introduced its latest mid-range smartphone, the Moto G47, in selected international markets, expanding its popular G series lineup. The device comes with a strong focus on camera performance, battery life, and smooth display capabilities. It is expected to be available for purchase through the company’s official online store, offering consumers a balanced mix of features at a competitive price point.

Pricing and availability in global markets
The Moto G47 has been priced at EUR 319, which roughly translates to around Rs. 35,000. This pricing applies to the single variant that includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone will be rolled out in select regions initially, with availability through Motorola’s official website.
Customers can choose from three distinctive color options curated in collaboration with Pantone: Fuchsia Red, Impenetrable, and Nautical Blue. These choices are designed to offer a premium visual appeal while maintaining the brand’s signature design language.
Display and design features
The handset features a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1604 pixels. It supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, which ensures smoother scrolling and improved visual performance during gaming or video playback. The screen also offers up to 1,050 nits of peak brightness, making it suitable for outdoor usage.
Motorola has added Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection to enhance durability. Additionally, the device carries an IP64 rating for resistance against dust and splashes, along with MIL-STD-810H certification, indicating improved durability under various conditions.
Performance and software capabilities
Under the hood, the Moto G47 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset built on a 6nm architecture. The octa-core processor delivers a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz, paired with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for graphics performance.
The device runs on Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UI interface, offering a clean and user-friendly experience. With 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB storage, users get sufficient performance for everyday tasks and multitasking. Storage can be further expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.
The smartphone is equipped with multiple sensors, including a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and E-compass.

One of the standout features of the Moto G47 is its triple rear camera system. The primary sensor is a 108-megapixel lens with an f/1.7 aperture, aimed at delivering detailed and sharp images. It is supported by a 2-megapixel macro camera and a combined light sensor for improved image processing.
