The decision to skip a Neo-series release this year could leave a gap in the premium mid-range category. However, the company appears to be maintaining momentum in the more affordable segment.
The launch of the iQOO Z11x 5G demonstrates that strategy. Instead of focusing on high-end experimentation, the company seems to be prioritizing reliable performance and practical features that appeal to a wider group of users.
Familiar Design With Minor Visual Tweaks
In terms of design, the new device carries forward several visual elements seen in the previous generation. The camera module sits slightly raised on the top-left side of the rear panel, arranged vertically inside a rectangular housing.
While the overall design language remains familiar, a few subtle changes are visible. The Dynamic Light element, which was larger on the earlier model, appears smaller on the Z11x 5G and is now placed beside the secondary camera sensor. This adjustment also results in a slightly reduced camera module footprint.
The smartphone is available in two colour variants: Prismatic Green and Titan Black. The Prismatic Green option, which was available for early hands-on impressions, features a soft mint-like tone.
