The company has activated a dedicated microsite on Amazon, offering an early look at the device’s design, features, and sale details ahead of the official launch.

According to information shared on the Amazon listing page, the Tecno Pop X is scheduled to launch on March 4 at 12 pm IST. Following the unveiling, the smartphone will be available for purchase exclusively through the e-commerce platform. The listing indicates that the device will at least be offered in a white colour variant at launch.

The microsite also reveals that the phone will feature a display capable of refreshing at up to 120Hz, suggesting smoother scrolling and improved visual performance for everyday usage and gaming. Promotional images show relatively thick bezels surrounding the screen. On the rear, the handset appears to house a single camera within a pill-shaped camera module.

Design and Hardware Details Revealed

The upcoming Tecno Pop X is shown with a flat back panel and a flat middle frame, aligning with the current design trend seen across several budget smartphones. The power button and volume rockers are positioned along the right edge, while the SIM tray sits on the left side.

Separately, tech blogger Paras Guglani has suggested that the Tecno Pop X may not be an entirely new device. According to his claim, the smartphone could be a rebranded version of the recently introduced Tecno Spark Go 3.

The Tecno Spark Go 3 was launched in India on January 16 at a starting price of Rs. 8,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It is currently available for purchase via Flipkart in multiple colour options, including Aurora Purple, Galaxy Blue, Ink Black, and Titanium Grey.

While Tecno has not officially confirmed this connection, the similarities in teased specifications have fueled speculation that the two models could share identical hardware.
