Pricing and Availability

The newly launched smartphone carries a retail price of Rs. 12,999 for the single configuration featuring 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. As part of a limited-period introductory offer, customers will be able to purchase the device for Rs. 11,999. Buyers can choose between two color finishes, Billionaire Blue and Regal Gold.

Sales of the Lava Bold N2 5G will begin on June 9, 2026, at 12 PM through Amazon India. The company has also confirmed that customers will receive doorstep after-sales support, a service that has become one of Lava’s key customer-focused offerings in recent years.

Upgrades Over the Earlier Model

The launch follows the debut of the Lava Bold N2 4G earlier this year. Introduced in February, the 4G model was priced at Rs. 7,499 for the same 4GB RAM and 64GB storage combination. With the arrival of the 5G edition, Lava is targeting users who want faster network connectivity along with improved hardware specifications.

The new model introduces a more capable processor, enhanced display features, and a larger battery, making it a notable step up from its predecessor.

Display and Performance Features

The Lava Bold N2 5G comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smoother scrolling and improved visual responsiveness during everyday use. The screen includes a waterdrop-style notch that houses the front-facing camera.

Powering the smartphone is an octa-core Unisoc T8200 chipset built on a 6nm manufacturing process. The device ships with Android 16 pre-installed and is paired with 4GB of RAM alongside 64GB of onboard storage. This hardware combination is expected to handle routine tasks, media consumption, and everyday applications efficiently.

Camera and Build Quality

For photography, the smartphone features a dual rear camera setup supported by artificial intelligence-based imaging features. The primary rear camera uses a 13-megapixel sensor designed for everyday photography needs. On the front, users get a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Security is handled through a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, allowing quick access to the device. Lava has also provided an IP64 rating, offering protection against dust and water splashes, which adds an extra layer of durability for daily usage.

Battery Capacity and Charging Support

One of the key highlights of the Lava Bold N2 5G is its 6,000mAh battery. The company says the large battery is designed to deliver extended usage on a single charge. According to Lava, users can expect up to 815 minutes of YouTube playback and as much as 743 minutes of screen-on time under supported conditions.

The smartphone supports 18W fast charging. However, the charger included inside the retail box is rated at 10W. The combination of a high-capacity battery and power-efficient processor is expected to help users who prioritize long battery life throughout the day.

With its latest launch, Lava continues to strengthen its position in India’s affordable smartphone segment by bringing 5G capabilities and practical features to budget-conscious consumers.
